Global Telecom Solutions was created in 2001 in Detroit, Michigan. The core goal of GTS is to provide businesses with a one-stop shop for all telecom needs, putting the business into a position of strength through knowledge of the marketplace. Global Telecom Solutions created in Detroit, Michigan by founders Mark Stackpoole and Ryan Hathaway.
2004
Project management team established. This team has become the backbone of our organization.
2007
Official Customer Care department created to assist our clients with troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
2013
New headquarters purchased in Corktown.
2014
GTS moves to the new Corktown location.
2015
The company surpasses $20 million in annual services under contract.
2018
