Mark Stackpoole

Mark Stackpoole, Chief Executive Officer

Mark Stackpoole has now spent over 20 years in the role of chief executive officer for GTS. The company has experienced double-digit year on year revenue growth since the company began—including a 27% increase in 2020. Mark still actively participates in day-to-day client interaction with several mid-market and enterprise clients, as well as a support manager for several longtime GTS partners. In addition, Mark has been integral in creating and growing the Partner Sales Channel to over 250 active partners nationwide, which is what makes GTS "tick".


Ryan Hathaway, President

Ryan Hathaway has over 20 years of telecom industry experience and is a co-founder of Global Telecom Solutions. He is a graduate of Michigan State University as well as the University of Detroit School of Law. Ryan specializes in cost analysis and strategic telecom planning for mid-size businesses up to enterprise level clientele.

Rob Wetterer

Rob Wetterer, Field CTO

Rob is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He earned his mechanical engineering degree with a focus on manufacturing from the University of Cincinnati, where he discovered his passion for computers through programming and IT classes taken as electives. Early in his career, Rob honed his programming skills by working on 3D design and programming projects to automate the creation of CNC/DNC code for metalworking machines.

Later, he designed and implemented the network and server infrastructure for one of the earliest large-scale internet banking platforms. Since then, Rob has worked on a variety of projects for Fortune 500 and mid-sized clients, taking on increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. At CBTS, Rob created and led the Enterprise Architecture team, overseeing presales efforts across all pillars. He later transitioned into more sales-focused roles, where he has continued to leverage his technical expertise to find the right solutions for clients while balancing business needs with industry trends.

Rob is known for his ability to prioritize security, resiliency, and scalability in his work, ensuring that solutions meet both current and future needs. He also has a unique talent for simplifying complex technologies and breaking down technical jargon into understandable terms. This skill has been invaluable in his work with clients, as it allows him to effectively communicate the benefits and drawbacks of different solutions and technologies across all levels of an organization. Rob's ability to speak plainly and clearly about complex technical topics has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor to many of his clients.

Brian Schneble, Director of Cybersecurity

Brian Schneble is a security professional and community leader who assists both public and private enterprises of various sizes, to integrate security processes/systems within their organizations to defend potential threats as well as “actors” in today’s highly technical and advanced cyber environment.

Before beginning a career in cybersecurity, Brian worked over 15 years in the automotive manufacturing industry, leading advanced engineering teams and was the Director of Sales in North America for one of the largest original equipment (OE) suppliers globally. After a successful career helping grow the artificial intelligence (AI) Autonomy and Electrification business units and rallying the community and industry leaders around the transformation of Detroit, Brian is now focused on applying the lessons of machine learning, AI and behavioral engines to the cybersecurity business.

Brian also has a passion for cooking and has been a competitor and finalist on MasterChef and the “F” Word with Gordon Ramsey. He also enjoys lots of “backyard fun” with his family and friends, as well as gardening and boating during the summer months in MI.

Bob Chernock-v2

Bob Chernock, Channel Manager

Bob Chernock joined the GTS team in 2010 with a focus on enhancing and growing the indirect sales channel.
He now supports well over 50 key sales partners on a day-to-day basis for all sales related functions. Prior to Global Telecom Solutions, Bob worked in a similar capacity for such firms as: ANX, First Communications, XO Communications and Cavalier Telephone.

Jamie Boe v2

Jamie Boedeker, Channel Manager

Jamie Boedeker has over 15 years of telecom industry experience and is a Channel Sales Manager for Global Telecom Solutions.  Jamie is actively pursuing new partners and agents in an effort to grow the GTS Sales Channel.  When he is away from the office he enjoys spending time with his wife Marisa and their five children.

Mandy Lintz-v2

Mandy Lintz, Channel Manager

Mandy joined the GTS sales team with a focus on improving the telecom/technology experience for her clients. She brings over 20 years of sales experience and 16 years in the telecommunications industry. Prior to GTS, Mandy worked in a similar role for firms such as Comcast, Vonage, and Crown Castle. Exceptional customer service is always her top priority.


Kylah King, Channel Manager

Kylah is a sales leader with expertise in the channel, account management and large-scale implementations. Kylah brings a passion for customer experience and a focus on new business growth in our Southeast market. Kylah is a dedicated advocate for her customers and technology partner community.

Kylah resides in Roswell, GA with her husband John, their two children Nolan and Johanna and their three foster children, Hailey, Luke & Mat. In her spare time, her family enjoys boating, working on home improvements and gardening.


Rachelle Haidar, Channel Manager

Rachelle is a bilingual (Spanish/English) technology sales professional, residing in Miami, Florida, with over a decade of experience. She is skilled in strategic lead generation, SMB & enterprise verticals, and fostering strong cross-industry relationships. Prior to GTS, Rachelle worked in technology sales across the SaaS, financial, and automotive industries.


Jeremy Forrester, National Channel Manager

Jeremy has over 25 years of relationship-based solution sales experience and entrepreneurship. His technology background is wide-ranging but with a strong focus for the past decade on helping customers in the midmarket and enterprise space, plan and execute on their digital transformation strategies. Jeremy brings a dedication to accountability and an intense passion for the customer experience and customer advocacy.

Jeremy resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife, 2 children and 3 dogs. Enjoying a busy lifestyle with his family and friends and a love for work travel.

Mari Jackson, Director of Marketing and Partner Relations.

With over a decade of experience in developing business relationships within the nonprofit and for-profit sector, Mari has extensive experience in securing partnerships, marketing and creative design, and executive event management. She is committed to producing work and content that generate revenue and promotes business and mission-based initiatives. She has a Master of Management degree from Walsh College, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Saginaw Valley State University. Mari is a passionate and enthusiastic team leader with the drive to help organizations and others achieve greatness. 

Kat Thomas-v2

Kat Thomas, Project Manager

Kat Thomas graduated with honors from Kent State University with a degree in Business Administration and Management. She has worked in telecommunications for a total of 19 years, including six years at Global Telecom Solutions and has experience with carriers such as AT&T, CenturyLink, XO, Spectrum, Nitel, Evolve IP and more. She continues to expand her skills in the ever-changing world of voice, data and cloud services as a project manager. Her goal is to provide start to finish guidance, keeping key players involved in milestones while minimizing the volume of products and services required.  Communication, client satisfaction, timely follow through and product knowledge are among her strengths.

Monica Kopp, Project Manager

Monica Kopp brings over 10 years of customer service, project management, and sales experience to GTS. Monica assists in running back-office operations with eyes always on improvement, growth, and detail.  She loves her role as a project manager and always aims to go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of partners and clients. Assisting the GTS CEO with marketing endeavors, Monica loves putting her Bachelor of Business Administration to work. In her spare time, you can catch Monica cracking jokes, singing along to Fleetwood Mac, and loving on her two kittens.

Jeanie Millard, Project Manager

Jeanie joined the GTS team in 2020, bringing with her several years of experience in managing both front and back office operations. With technical experience in proprietary software backed up by the spirit and drive of an entrepreneur, Jeanie is dedicated to helping implement and follow company guidelines. Her versatility and professionalism help ensure client needs are met quickly and efficiently.


Colleen Charlton, Project Manager

Colleen has joined the GTS team, bringing with her experience in project management and a passion for improving the customer experience. Used to a fast-paced, high-tech environment, Colleen is successful in completing high volume workloads on time and correctly. Her motivation lies in driving productivity and efficiency, all while providing customers with the best-in-class service possible.


Lisa Hall, Project Manager

Lisa Hall joined GTS in 2019 and has over 25 years of telecom industry experience with AT&T.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, and a Master in Finance from Walsh College.  Lisa is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, sales support, and project management.

Sam Dervic

Sam Dervic, Project Manager

Samantha interned at GTS before she decided to join the team in 2018. After seeing how this small but diligent company operated, she made a valiant career change, proving to be an asset to our team. Sam has 10+ years of experience in business management and customer service. Taking the extra time to enhance her skills as a project manager, she never fails to provide the best support to her clients. She also enjoys volunteering, even with her active schedule, which has led her to becoming a Guardian Ad Litem - a position close to her heart. In her leisure time, you can find Sam with her precious pups, taking care of her family, and secretly becoming an astonishing interior designer.

Deb Rukat, Project Manager

Deb Rukat joined GTS in 2020. She has over 30 years of experience in the telecom industry, spending most of that time at AT&T supporting global clients. She thrives at cultivating relationships between clients, customers, and businesses to successfully meet critical timelines of projects. Deb has experience in sales, complex contract negotiations, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. She enjoys yoga, anything outdoors and spending time with her husband Kevin and their two children at the lake.


Brandy Humbach, Project Manager

Brandy brings over 8 years telecommunications and Project Management experience to GTS. She is a dedicated project management professional with a proven track record of planning, directing and coordinating diverse projects to successful completion within defined time frames. Her attention to detail ensures a smooth and seamless customer experience.

Brandy's three children keep her busy between all the sports games and practices. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, being on the water, reading and going to all Detroit sports team games, especially the Lions!

Dan Koluch, Customer Service Manager

Dan joined the GTS family in October of 2018 and brings over 20 years of telecom experience to his role as a customer support manager. He has worked in many different roles with companies such as Global Crossing, Level 3 and Bullseye Telecom; specializing in network design, circuit provisioning and customer service. He has a strong knowledge of telecom products, services and technologies and is committed to serving the needs of GTS customers to provide a positive customer experience. While Dan’s dedication to customer satisfaction is paramount, he is also focused on internal growth through process improvement and system enhancement.
Nicole Seymour-v2

Nicole Seymour, Executive Administrator

Nicole Seymour is an Executive Assistant with over 10 years’ experience. She has an extensive experience with administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. Having held positions in non-profit organizations, business fields, and marketing roles. Nicole can tailor her skills to meet the needs of multiple clients. Always willing to help the team with any task or challenge in order to meet a goal.

Nicole graduated from Macomb Community College with an associate degree and Wayne State University with a bachelor’s degree. She has been with GTS since 2019. In her role, she has been responsible for training new hires, answering phones, solving issues in the office, and many other administrative duties.

In addition to roles in the office, Nicole is active in her community. She has help with non-profit organizations that deal with childhood trauma in her spare time. In her leisure time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, going to art galleries, and spending time with her son.
