Mark Stackpoole has now spent over 20 years in the role of chief executive officer for GTS.
The company has experienced double-digit year on year revenue growth since the company began—including a 27% increase in 2020. Mark still actively participates in day-to-day client interaction with several mid-market and enterprise clients, as well as a support manager for several longtime GTS partners.
In addition, Mark has been integral in creating and growing the Partner Sales Channel to over 250 active partners nationwide, which is what makes GTS “tick”.

As a co-founder of Global Telecom Solutions, Ryan Hathaway is a cornerstone of the leadership team, bringing over two decades of deep industry experience.
His expertise is backed by a powerful academic foundation with degrees from both Michigan State University and the University of Detroit School of Law.
Ryan specializes in meticulous cost analysis and strategic telecom planning, developing robust roadmaps for a diverse clientele. He has a track record of success serving clients from growing mid-size businesses to large-scale enterprise organizations.

Brian applies that deep experience with machine learning and behavioral engines to the world of cybersecurity, helping organizations defend against complex, digital threats. When not focused on security, Brian is a passionate cook and has been a finalist on Gordon Ramsay’s MasterChef and The “F” Word.

Since joining the GTS team in 2010, Bob Chernock has been an integral part of enhancing and growing the indirect sales channel.
He now provides dedicated, day-to-day support to well over 50 key sales partners, assisting with all sales-related functions, including quoting, solution design, and overall client strategy. Before his tenure at Global Telecom Solutions, Bob worked in a similar capacity for a number of distinguished firms such as ANX, First Communications, XO Communications, and Cavalier Telephone, building a deep well of industry expertise.

As a Channel Sales Manager for GTS, Jamie Boedeker brings over 15 years of dedicated telecom industry experience. His primary focus is the growth of the GTS Sales Channel, where he is actively pursuing and onboarding new partners and agents nationwide.
He is committed to building collaborative relationships, providing partners with the tools and support they need to thrive. He serves as a dedicated resource, ensuring they can confidently represent GTS solutions. When away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Marisa, and their five children.

She brings a combination of over 20 years in sales and 16 years deeply embedded in the telecommunications industry, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the market.
Prior to GTS, Mandy honed her skills in similar roles at firms such as Comcast, Vonage, and Crown Castle. At the core of her professional philosophy, exceptional customer service is always her top priority, ensuring a supportive and positive client journey.

Kat Thomas graduated with honors from Kent State University with a degree in Business Administration. With 19 years in telecommunications, including six at GTS, she has experience with a wide range of top-tier carriers.
As a project manager, she continuously expands her skills in the ever-changing world of voice, data, and cloud services. Her goal is to provide end-to-end guidance on projects, ensuring key players are always involved while optimizing the required solutions. Her key strengths include clear communication, client satisfaction, and deep product knowledge.

He has a deep knowledge of telecom products and is deeply committed to serving the needs of GTS customers to ensure a positive experience. While dedication to customer satisfaction is paramount, Dan also focuses on internal growth through process improvement and system enhancement.
