GTS — Happy Memorial Day

From all of us at GTS, we want to sincerely thank and remember all of the brave
men and women that have forged the trail for all of us to enjoy our great country.
We certainly hope that everyone had a fantastic holiday weekend, and that you
take a moment to remember our fallen soldiers as well as those still living that
helped to defend our freedom. Thank you!

GTS — Tidbits and SAVE THE DATE

Over the past few months, we have seen a major ebb and flow in workflow. As the pandemic took hold in March, GTS
had an influx in emergency projects in several areas (i.e. bandwidth/internet upgrades, emergency VPN tunnel access/
support, conferencing solutions) while several other large projects were put on pause. Early April saw a slight lull in
sales activity while organizations tried to figure out their go-forward strategies. Currently, we’re back to full steam ahead
on both old and new opportunities.But the silver lining of that lull period was that GTS got a chance to catch its proverbial breath, and re-assess where our
solutions portfolio was … and where we needed it to be. One month later, we are extremely excited to have had time to
host internal training workshops, on-board several new vendors, and evaluate emerging technologies. We’d like to share
some of what we have had going on in an upcoming one-hour lunch webinar. Join us if you can. We will share exclusive
content, candid feedback of what GTS sees for the future of 2020, as well a $20 DOORDASH gift certificate for joining us.t

Last month, we outlined several of the current carrier spiffs and promotions available. Here is an additional round of

Comcast Business
Earn 1X on Multi-Site Deals with New Business Internet
Earn 1X Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on all qualifying multi-site deals
that include new Business Internet service to customers nationwide!1X MRR on any multi-site deals with 5+ locations and new Business Internet services.
The specifics

  • 1X MRR for every 5+ location, multi-site eligible deal that includes new Business Internet services.
  • Business Internet sales must be made to new customers or as a new site to an existing customer to qualify. Offnet Business Internet circuits and second modem sales do not qualify.
  • Upgrades or other changes for existing customers do not qualify
  • Requires minimum 2 or 3-year contract term.
  • All speeds of Comcast Business Internet are eligible.
  • All Comcast Business sales divisions are eligible.
  • SPIF payments on teamed deals will be reduced to the same level as the agreed upon agent commission.

Terms and conditions: Partner SPIFFs for new 8×8 customers only. SPIFF will not be paid on add-on orders. Deal registration and approval is required and must be submitted through the 8×8 PartnerXchange portal. Effective for deals closed between April 1, 2020 and June 30, 2020. Minimum qualifying deal size for 12 and 24 month contracts: 1,000 MRR (no maximum); No minimum qualifying deal size for 36 month contracts. SPIFF award is earned at the time the customer order is booked with 8×8. SPIFF awards re payable within 45 days of being earned, except during COVID-19 crisis, which may result in payment up to, but not later than, 75 days after being earned. MRR is defined s monthly recurring revenue related to license purchase. Equipment charges, deployment, services, training, shipping and other applicable fees and taxes are not included n MRR. For deals with phased implementation and/or invoicing, average MRR for the life of the contract will be used to calculate SPIFF award. SPIFF awards with payouts reater than or equal to US $300,000 are subject to review and will be considered on a case by case basis. Deals with special customer terms, including but not limited to, free or discounted licenses, delayed billing or extended payment terms are subject to review. SPIFF awards are subject to full or partial chargeback by 8×8 in the event that the customer cancels 50% or more of the original order within 12 months of the original order date. Cannot be combined with other 8×8 active SPIFFs unless the specific offer is defined as “stackable”.
